Now Ericka Lee, who cites herself as the rapper's ex-girlfriend, is saying that her voice was used in the song and she is suing for compensation, co-writing royalties as well as damages. According to Billboard, Lee filed the lawsuit on Thursday (Feb. 2) in a California federal court claiming she had a romantic and business partnership with Drake between 2010 and 2011 and during that time, they openly discussed collaborative projects and song lyrics.
