STUDIO 580 Is Ready For Your Event When You Are
The venue boasts 2,000 sq. ft. of usable space with a capacity of 200 people, direct elevator access, sand-blasted concrete floor and two restrooms.
Amenities include a professional sound system, a leather furnished lounge, WiFi, projectors, monitors, tables and chairs.
Studio 580 provides services beyond space rental such as event planning, sound design and world class art collection available for private and corporate functions.
Occupying an entire 5th floor at 580 Eighth Avenue near Times Square, Studio 580 is easily accessible by car, bus or train
Studio 580 offers you a unique opportunity to personalize the space according to your budget and the nature of your
event. Four different galleries can be rented separately or together in
any configuration. Rates depend on selected space, number of guests and
duration of your event.
The following are rental options for an event ending before midnight with up to 100 guests:
- Each 15' x 15' gallery is $50 per hour with a $50 set-up fee. Capacity of each gallery is up to 25 guests.
- The large 44'x15' gallery is $200 per hour with a $200 set-up fee. Capacity of the large gallery is up to 125 guests.
- The entire space is $350 per hour with a $350 set-up fee. Capacity of the entire space is up to 200 guests.
There are additional fees when the number of guests is over 100 and/or when the event ends after midnight.
Tables, chairs, sound system and artworks are available free of charge.
While Studio 580 offers the best value in Manhattan, we'll beat a lower rate for a comparable space.
